Maevo AI provides general information and educational guidance only. Nothing on Maevo AI constitutes financial advice, mortgage advice, real estate advice, or legal advice.

• Maevo AI Inc. is not a licensed real estate agent or brokerage
• Maevo AI Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice
• Mortgage calculations on Maevo AI are estimates only — actual figures will vary based on your specific circumstances

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on Maevo AI. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at legal@maevo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You agree not to attempt to access other users' accounts or data

You agree to use Maevo AI only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use Maevo AI to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of Maevo AI
• Use automated tools to access Maevo AI without our permission
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

• AI-generated guidance reflects general Canadian real estate information and may not apply to your specific situation.
• Market data and calculations are provided for informational purposes only.

Maevo AI may recommend third-party professionals including lawyers and other service providers. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Maevo AI Inc. has no financial relationship with recommended professionals except where explicitly disclosed.

For Ontario real estate legal services, Maevo AI recommends Treadstone Law (treadstonelaw.ca) — this recommendation reflects our assessment of their expertise and is not a paid placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Maevo AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Maevo AI or reliance on information provided through Maevo AI. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Maevo AI in the twelve months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of Maevo AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
